Jakarta Business Forum Held in Dubai

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. held Jakarta Business Forum at Taj Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), on last Sunday (4/8).

Our purpose is to facilitate UAE investors to meet directly with business representatives in Jakarta

PMPTSP Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi conveyed, this event is held by cooperation between Jakarta Provincial Government and Indonesian Embassy in United Arab Emirates in order to offer profile of investment project in Jakarta to potential investor in UAE.

City Government to Provide Easier Investment Permission in Jakarta

"Our purpose is to facilitate UAE investors to meet directly with business representatives in Jakarta. We hope investment can be realized and cooperation can be built through this forum," he mentioned, Monday (4/9).

He explained, this is done as his commitment to reach target on investment for this year as much as Rp 100 trillion. Thus his side needs to ensure and facilitate UAE investors to invest in Jakarta.

"We will monitor from its licensing and non-licensing process and investment process from the beginning until it is completed," he said.

This event was opened by Indonesia Ambassador to UAE, H.E. Husin Bagis. There were 20 delegations from Jakarta attended this event. It was also attended by TGUPP Head, Amin Subekti, Seribu Island Regent, Irmansyah; and several Jakarta BUMD Directors.
